Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible to return your purchased item(s). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Upon LTL delivery, you the customer, are responsible for inspecting the package(s) and verifying there is no damage. If there is damage, you must sign as damaged or refuse the delivery. If the package(s) has already been received without signing damaged or refused, you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of freight for initial delivery and return delivery. You, the customer, are also responsible for a 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price.

To return an item, call us directly at (866)774.7743 and we will provide instructions to return the item back to the correct warehouse.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
